The company is good, not sure the product works on me
The company is good, service and response time from DR's and service rep is very timely and definitely personalized (not generalized) The reason for the 4 -star is that, after 3+ months, I just am not seeing results: still have brain fog, slow metabolism, some hair loss, low energy, nothing has changed, not even a little.

Finally Heard!
Whenever I had a question, it was always answered in a very timely manner. I felt her for the first time in a long time. My prescription came and I felt better within weeks. When I needed an adjustment, all I had to do was message the doctor and things for taking care of.

This medication has been a game changer…
This medication has been a game changer for me. Hot Flashes gone, sleep has improved, mental clarity and Libido are all getting back on track. I haven't had any side effects and the staff has been helpful. The only downfall is the response time can take a few days. I would highly recommend this product and have been doing just that to other women suffering of the same symptoms. Thank you Winona!!!!

Relief!
So far I’m feeling a lot of relief from perimenopause symptoms (mood, hot flashes, night sweats, irregular/heavy cycles, etc.) I’m on week 11!

RX worked as promised!
The cream they prescribed for me does everything they said it would. I had to contact the Winona doctor about something and he got right back to me. What I'm very unhappy with is the information they provide you so that you can try to get reimbursed by your insurance. The information is incomplete and there's no reason they can't list everything on one page for you so that you can send it into your insurance. The medicine, the quantity, the dosage instructions, the pharmacy name, address and license number, plus the name and license number of the doctor. I couldn't get mine approved because they didn't have every piece of information they needed and, when I contacted Winona (twice),they said they couldn't give any more information than what I already had. Also, insurance said that because they're sending a 90-day supply (which I like-- I wouldn't want to get it refilled every month), my insurance wouldn't cover it because I can get a 30-day supply at the local pharmacy. Makes no sense to me but...
