On the fence
The hot flashes at night improved right away. Fast arrival. Very expensive. I'm not sure it's really individualized. I think the weight loss is misleading.

Convenient, Supportive, but Not a Cure All
I love the convenience, and lack of red tape to get some real relief! The Facebook support group and website are great too. However, this is NOT a magic cure all, especially when it comes to weight gain, which I feel is how this is marketed to get women to buy. I don't appreciate that being the most highlighted hook in their online advertising. Very few from what I've read on the support group realize any drop in weight (some even gain), so please don't lead with that! I've had some success with the cream and DHEA (more even moods, reduced night sweats & hot flashes, slight libido increase) but since hormones fluctuate daily, sometimes hourly, there is just not a consistent way to address ALL the things ALL the time - especially the frustrating weight gain!

No changes yet
I've been on Winona for 3 months now and havent really seen any improvements or changes. My symptoms weren't bad, but I wanted to stay ahead of the lack of libido, weight gain and hot flashes and not let them get worse.

Want to love y’all but results aren’t there yet
I want to love it but I’m not seeing the results yet and had to nudge y’all to send the revised prescription because I ran out of the too low cream even after we talked you didn’t send the stronger cream (ps you are sending way too much dhea, I have plenty and wish you’d asked)

Dr was great at communicating but unfortunately the products didn’t work for me. I actually gained weight.

I have to say Winona has helped me
I have to say Winona has helped me. I’m 64 with heart disease in my family history so I could only do a vaginal cream and DHEA because of risks. The first time I started Winona they only sent one applicator to use and wash and re use? Which I thought was unsanitary? I did get an infection?? I called the Dr asked if I could get more applicators? He said they only give out one? I had to stop the cream… get treatment from my PCP. Then ordered applicators on my own. Started it again and now no problems. Rough start but I stuck with it. I really don’t think using one applicator for re use is a good idea.
