Undecided after 90 days
Getting started was easy and felt personalized with the impression that treatment would be adjusted based on my feedback. I was disappointed that the 10 week follow up was simply “Do you want to continue with your current dose?” with the option to choose “yes” or “no” and then follow up questions based on my answer. I was expecting more of a thorough questionnaire that would assess my current symptoms compared to when I started, with a recommendation based on those responses. I honestly didn’t even know how to answer. I am sleeping better with less night sweats, but have not noticed any other improvements with issues such as weight, energy, mood, anxiety, etc. I am continuing my dose for another 90 days hoping to see some additional positive changes. I also did not find the downloadable tracker to be useful, would be nice if there was an app to track, might be a good idea to partner with a platform like FLO.

Just posting this here to let you know that your doctor is available to you 7 days a week in your patient portal. You may message your doctor at anytime regarding your treatment plan and your results :)
