I am a bit dismayed bc I just filled…
I am a bit dismayed bc I just filled out my first doctor's questionnaire (after taking the HRT for a few months) and I wrote that I wasn't sure this was the right thing for me - and probably would like to talk about it further. I have gained weight, my joints ache slightly and my emotions seem a bit more frustrated/flustered than previously. It may be the holidays or something else - but I have reservations. I received no reply at all from the doctor - rather I received 2 emails from Winona that they filled both prescriptions (and filled them early too as I still have plenty of both) and charged me for them. My concerns appear to have been ignored for the cash

Hello! Thank you for the feedback! It appears that there was a timing issue between your follow up and the next process date of your prescription. We see that your doctor did reach out following your completion of the follow up, and that you have been in communication with her. The prescriptions that were processing were canceled and refunded to allow time for you and Dr Hanson to discuss any potential treatment changes. :)

I liked to convenience but didn't work
I liked to convenience but it didn't work for me and the doctor didn't really know what to say or how to make it better.

So far I’m just not sure
So far I’m just not sure. I started sleeping a bit better after using the cream for about a week, which was good, but I’m almost three months in and still having bad cramping during my period, lots of clotting, and my cycle is still happening every 3 weeks. Hoping an adjustment to the regimen will help.

My biggest obstacle is cost at this…
My biggest obstacle is cost at this time. I only used my RX a couple of months. I don't feel like it was alleviating my symptoms enough to justify the cost. Other than the cost, the non-stop emails were pretty annoying. I'm sure I can opt out at anytime but it would be nice if they just didn't send so many to begin with. It's like being nagged all day by a toddler for constant attention.

Too expensive found better elsewhere
Dr Dombo didn’t answer 2 of my questions. One was potentially serious. The other was cost related. I ended up finding a compounding pharmacy that cut my costs down by 75% for the prescription and the Dr visits to an ND are on an as needed basis. Both of which are still covered by FSA. I think this service is convenient and quick but is lacking in the responsiveness and is too costly for most.

Some improvement in some symptoms so far
Some improvement in some symptoms so far (10-week mark). Hoping it will trend upward as I continue using the cream. Automated messages are sometimes cryptic, check in questions are few and very general with no info to help gauge how to answer them is provided (no barometer or guidance). I think those areas could be improved, but customer service and the doctor have been very helpful in getting more information and answering specific questions.
