“We have tried to please this lady to no regard.” Dear Winona, please stop lying and flagging my reviews as “harmful or illegal”. I’m glad to see my last review has been unhidden because in fact, it’s not harmful or illegal to tell the truth. I’m glad to hear your products have worked for so many women. It’s the primary reason I tried them for three months. Unfortunately, they did not work for me (as noted in my original review, my symptoms of hot flashes and night sweats returned). I also said I found the sign up process and doctor responsiveness to be good. But you ignored those positive remarks because you only care about removing or diminishing women who give less than 4 or 5 star reviews. My biggest disappointment with Winona is the ongoing forced engagement through bullish marketing tactics that have occurred via direct text, review reply, and flagging of my reviews as “harmful or illegal”. I hope other women are now aware that if this product doesn’t end up working for you and you leave an honest review — you may be subjected to the same ploys of trying to pay you to remove your review, claiming you aren’t a patient or that you did not work with your doctor to adjust your dosages, and that your reviews are “harmful or illegal” without cause. I really hope Winona will stop replying to my reviews with lies and flags so that I can stop having to respond by writing another review about the awful tactics employed on women who try their product but saw no positive outcomes.

This company gives you prescription medication for HRT without doing any sort of lab work. You must have lab work done in order to see where your hormone imbalance is so that they can prescribe the right HRT for your deficiency. When I clicked the get started button, I knew they would ask for lab work, but they did not. A doctor just prescribed and sent out to me. I thought that was odd. After further research it is not in my best interest to start something where I may not have an imbalance and could cause more harm than good. I tried to return an unopened package, but they will not accept it and give me a refund. Think twice before starting this. I’m very disappointed.

Didn't work for me at all . No weight loss, no better moods just an emptier wallet. I used the dhea pills and cream for a good 7 months.

I tried a half a dose of the progesterone/estrogen cream (rubbed 1 pump into forearms), and within an hour, I was extremely ill. Extreme nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, disorientation, dizziness. I tried washing it off my arms. After about four hours the symptoms finally subsided enough for me to go to sleep. I messaged the Dr, and he denied that it could be the cream and advise me to try it again. I am unwilling to do so. I requested a refund of the $180 cream, which was denied. Leaving reviews to warn other potential customers of the very scary and miserable side effects and the rip off scam that is this company.

They can't even call me back

It all seemed great, the communication was good, and the product arrived on time. I didn’t see any improvement in my symptoms, so when they called about a refill I told them that. I received an email stating that in order to continue my prescriptions that the doctor review was required. I didn’t think much about it figuring that the email was auto generated and that I’d talked to a human a day before. Imagine my surprise when they authorized my card! I got an email saying I had to respond within 12 hours to avoid the prescription being shipped!!!! The only reason I caught this was because the card I used was my Apple Card and I get instant notifications. I emailed them and they said they’d take care of it, for now it appears that they have. No one should be subject to jumping through hoops to avoid continuing with a product that clearly required a doctors review before sending, according to their email anyway. Be aware and know that if it doesn’t work out for you that you will need to take extra steps to ensure you are not billed.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. They do not do what they say in managing this RX for you and they have terrible communications. Tried to message the doctor about dose adjustment prior to the next shipment going out and they told me no it already shipped out even though no shipping confirmation email was sent. My symptoms not resolved and the company did not try to make it right. Huge waste of money - Based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone. And, my order had not even been postmarked until days after my contact to them to tell them not to send. They cannot be trusted.

Dr has not answered my questions. Very poor follow through
