Expensive and ineffective
It's a guessing game based on the symptoms you report. It's been 6 months and almost $700 out of pocket, with minimal relief of the symptoms I reported at the beginning of this journey. I'm still desperately searching for an effective treatment. Unfortunately Winona was not the answer for me. When I reported that I'm still not sleeping and still experiencing anxiety, the provider recommended I go see my PCP. I don't need drugs for anxiety. I need to balance my hormones. This is why women feel so lost and unheard. Very disappointing.

It's incredibly disheartening when you invest time, effort, and resources into seeking relief, and the results don't meet your expectations. Your Winona doctor has explored various doses and combinations of HRT with you, and she has recommended you seek in person care to get a more in depth evaluation. Most women feel relief from treatment within the first month. Within 3 months, 80% of women feel complete relief from their symptoms. However, HRT is not a miracle drug and it does not always work for every woman if there are other underlying issues. We feel badly that you are frustrated, but your Winona doctor cares for your health and well-being and suggested alternative treatment based on her professional evaluation.
