We understand your frustration, Yesenia, and we are sorry that you experienced any issues with your outside provider. Its important to feel heard and supported when you're experiencing side effects from a medication, and your personal provider should be willing to address them for you. Winona only prescribes bioidentical HRT on our platform, and our doctors cannot oversee care or medications from another provider due to liability reasons. Your Winona doctor may suggest options or give you general guidance regarding your other medications, but an inperson visit is sometimes the best option. We take your health and safety very seriously and do apologize that we cannot oversee all aspects of your healthcare!
