Jillian M.
Not listening, not helping.
No help. No relief from my symptoms. When I reached out to the doctor she said to wait a little longer. Thanks for nothing. Weeks later it's still NOT HELPING AT ALL. I needed help when i asked for it.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive any relief as fast as you had hoped, Jillian. The menopause transition can take years to complete, and relief, too, is not always immediate. Your Winona doctor attempted to explain that changing your medication dose after only 2 weeks would not have been wise. It can take around 3 months to determine how your body will fully react to the influx of hormones. We don't want to give you too much HRT too soon, as your body is still becoming accustomed to it. We understand your frustration with your recent experience and it's never easy to feel unheard when you're seeking help. However, your Winona doctor does hear you though! We strive to provide the best care possible, and value your health and safety above all else. We know waiting is hard, but it is best practice to allow 10-12 weeks before adjusting anything. Your Winona doctor has sent you a message in your portal for further support here: https://app.bywinona.com/message We are confident your doctor will help you find just the right dose to have you feeling your best soon!
