After my first few hot flashes, a diminished sex drive accompanied by brain fog, lack of energy and erratic sleep cycles, I decided it was time to opt out of the misery by trying HRT. After fully researching this treatment, I contacted Winona approx. 3 years ago, and I've never looked back. Not only do you have a diverse set of options to choose from with regard to how the hormones are absorbed (oral, creams, patches), but you will feel the positive effects of the treatment within days to weeks. Plus, bioidentical HRT is 100% safe as it will also maintain and improve your physical and mental health! Very quick to respond
