It easy to get a prescription
It easy to get a prescription. They don't send emails about upcoming order which other companies do. Hard to cancel the subscription.

We appreciate you sharing your experience, Anna, and we apologize for any confusion! While we don't send a notification reminder about each upcoming refill, we do provide future refill dates in your patient portal so that you may anticipate when your medications will be processed. We also notify patients via email receipt whenever an order is processed. Those email receipts instruct patients to notify us within 24 hours if you need to cancel or edit the order. If we do not receive any message to cancel an order, then the medication is prepared and shipped as your Winona doctor prescribed it. Your last order processed in March, and we sent your email confirmation to you on March 24th. Someone with access to your email account opened the receipt the same day. We did not get any notifications back to cancel or edit the order, and it was processed. Canceling can be completed easily by a few ways. Patients can cancel on their own via their private portal, by messaging their Winona doctor, or by messaging our Patient Care Team. You are never locked into any subscription with us, and we can confirm that you successfully canceled your account on June 15th. You will not receive anymore medication or incur further charges. We wish you the best on your continued journey!
