I don’t experience monthly migraines ( hormonal related) since I started to use HRT . This is huge for me .

I didn't think I would ever feel like my old self again....thankfully, Winona helped me get her back
I am so thankful to Winona for making HRT accessible and for providing a platform where women can get help without judgement or a bunch of trial and error. I have always been a healthy, active and wellness focused person. Two years ago I suddenly became extremely fatigued, poorly motivated and sad. Which is so opposite of who I was (highly motivated, high energy, zest for life). Dr.s were telling me it wasn't depression or anxiety but that I should pursue talk therapy and that I was likely in a mid-life crisis (they had a fancier term than that). But I KNEW something was off and was concerned/upset that I might have to accept the new normal of always feeling malaise. Thank goodness a friend told me about Winona. I signed up right away, because I was done talking and was willing to try anything. It took less then 90 days and I feel like my old self. I truly didn't think I was ever going to get back my past energy and vitality, but I was wrong. The impact of HRT, for me, has been better then I could ever imagine. Winona has been easy to work with and prompt with answering my questions. I highly recommend!

I will continue my treatment out of…
I will continue my treatment out of pocket since is not covered by my prescription plan. I can see improvements in three months.

I feel so much better
