Finally someone who understands my symptoms
I’ve had a really positive experience with By Winona. The process was simple, professional, and convenient from start to finish. I receive my estrogen w/progesterone creams along with DHEA supplements through their program, and everything has been easy to manage and delivered consistently. Their care team made me feel heard and supported during perimenopause, which can be difficult to navigate on your own. Perimenopause hit me HARD
Perimenopause hit me HARD! I had severe symptoms that would rotate around my body. I work all the time and really dont have time for testing, appointments etc. WINONA let me do it on my time which was everything to me. Having a doctor to ask questions when I had them was so helpful! When the hormones kicked in, I was off to the races! I never thought I would feel normal again.....I feel amazing! I'm so thankful for Winona! They really were my strongest advocate going through this terrible hormone change!!

My account was easy to set up
My account was easy to set up, the doc checks in as needed. The cream has been sufficient to curb most of the symptoms ive experienced. Im early in my peri phase but Winona has helped in the transition

winona is a saving grace for me
winona is a saving grace for me . i was having hot flashes and all the symptoms of pre and menopause after my hysterectomy and now i can live again without feeling horrible and sick and not sleeping. my experience with winona DR’s are very good.
