Perimenopause can be manageable
Winona’s estrogen/progesterone topical cream saved me in so many ways. I was buying a supplement for nearly every symptom in Peri and finally decided to go with this cream in hopes it would help many symptoms at once. It does! I have taken it for over a year now and noticed a change immediately and a major difference after 3 months when the dose was increased. It helps with hot flashes, sleep, rage and irritability. I feel in control of myself again and am so happy my Dr at Winona could help! Traditional Drs just don’t know how to help women through this process-I was there and got no help. So if you are looking for that extra nudge to get relief, here it is :)

I have been incredibly surprised and…
I have been incredibly surprised and impressed with this service, its accessibility and the incredible results I have experienced. The doctor has been promptly responsive with excellent and effective recommendations for my symptoms. I have primarily had difficulty with acne, aging skin, and night sweats and I have seen significant improvements in all of these areas. I am truly grateful.

Before finding Winona
Before finding Winona , my perimenopause symptoms were awful. Terrible day/night sweats, irritability, weight gain all the symptoms I had. I have probably been on HRT now for going on four months and all of that has dissipated. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Everything about Winona has been great
Everything about Winona has been great. They are very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Medication is always delievered on time and there's never been a time when I had to wait. Their treatment plan has been great for me and completely changed how I feel. I'd highly recommend them.

The initial questionnaire was easy to…
The initial questionnaire was easy to complete. The dr checked in after a few weeks to see if I had any feedback or questions. My hot flashes and brain fog went away immediately and I sleep uninterrupted through the night. Game changer for me.

Finally answers!
My doctors stumbled to help me with my perimenopause symptoms. They couldn’t give me answers. I had to self diagnose myself. But I found Winona and it has been life changing! The horrible symptoms have gone away. I did so much research and Winona is providing the most impactful treatment you can find. If your doctor is giving you the run around about what your symptoms are, ditch them now.
