We are sorry, Paula, that you are not progressing as fast as you had hoped :( Just as your menopause symptoms started over time, so too, will your relief. There are some lucky women who experience positive changes right away, but that is not the norm. This is why we ask you to check in with your doctor after a certain amount of time in case adjustments need to be made in your treatment plan. Also keep in mind, that just as each woman is not cut from the same cloth, nor will her HRT treatment plan be. We know it is hard to not compare our own journey with those of other women though! We see that you just completed your 10 week Follow Up with your Winona doctor, and your prescriptions have been adjusted. Please don't give up.....your Winona doctor is happy to work with you for as long as it takes to get relief!

We are so sorry that you experienced some frustration with your treatment plan and that you did not get the results you were looking for, Connie. We see that you initially started your treatment plan in August and you received those initial medications. The last refill attempt was in January, but you were refunded before the medication shipped, and it was not sent to you. Our Winona doctors are available at any time for support within your patient portal if you have any questions or concerns, but your prescriptions were canceled per your request when you did not want to continue. We wish you the best!

There is a 24 hour mandatory hold on all orders to allow for last minute cancelations or edits to the order, but your prescription did not arrive to the pharmacy after that as intended.
