We also hear your concerns about communication, and want to clarify how our notifications work. Marketing texts are optional and only sent if you opted in during onboarding — they may include promotions, product updates, or special offers. Transactional messages, like prescription updates and follow-ups, are essential for your care and don’t require opt-in. That said, you’re always in control of your preferences! If you’d like to receive only transactional texts, our Patient Care team can update your preferences. Reply “STOP” anytime to unsubscribe from all texts. For emails, clicking “unsubscribe” only removes marketing messages, not important care notifications. In terms of your treatment, every woman’s body is unique, and it can take time to find the right balance. While we’re glad to hear your night sweats have improved, we’re sorry other symptoms haven’t improved as much as you’d hoped. Changes like irregular periods can also occur when starting hormone therapy, but your doctor can help determine what’s expected and whether any adjustments are needed. Hello Shannon! We understand that menopause symptoms can be challenging and we apologize that you are still experiencing them despite starting Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). We want to remind you that it can take time to achieve full and lasting relief with HRT, as every person's body reacts differently. It may take up to 90 days before you may notice relief. It does take time for the hormone levels to build.
