The first folks to listen AND prescribe
Winona has been amazing for my perimenopause so far- I got my information reviewed within 24 hours and quickly prescribed progesterone 50/50 cream, DHEA pills, and even estriol/tretinoin to help my skin as I continue to age. Everything has been pretty affordable too (even without insurance at the moment). I definitely plan to continue using Winona as long as they make this process so smooth.

Excellent company and experience
Excellent company and experience! Clear communication with doctors and check-ins, fast response. Got me the treatment I needed for HRT that my family practice at regular clinic kept telling me I didn’t need as menopausal woman.

Winona has made the HRT experience very easy. I do wish that they added an option of a small amount of testosterone to the estrogen/progesterone cream.

Testosterone is a controlled substance, and there are restrictions around its use, especially when it comes to online prescriptions. While we don't offer testosterone therapy, we do prescribe DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone), a hormone precursor that gently raises testosterone levels and provides similar benefits. If DHEA therapy is a good fit for you, it can be prescribed through our platform after your Winona doctor evaluates your medical history and symptoms.
