The process was very quick and easy. I was able to make the purchase in under 5 mins. I entered in my info and was approved instantly. It was that simple.

I really liked how fast the whole process was. I had a decision without a hard credit pull in under a minute. I also appreciated how transparent Tandym was in the process to onboard with them. I did not like that the option on the Vendor's site made me open the site 4 additional times to be signed in and able to use my new Tandym line of credit. I also do not like the use of Plaid. As I understand it Plaid doesn't only take a one-time snapshot of your account nor do they limit themselves to just taking that snapshot when you're aware of it after permission is given.

I enjoyed the ease of use of the app. I am also really going to enjoy earning points from one of my favorite vendors. It will be even better when more of the online companies are of my interests.

I’m very picky about the user experience with any service. I am very pleased with how quick and seamless it was to setup a Tandym account with one of my favorite online retailers. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. The process is made better knowing I’ll earn rewards to spend at this favorite retailer! The email follow-up from Tandym is outstanding and as others mentioned, the company reached out to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They also let me know I could reach out to them at any time. What really makes me happy to support this new company is knowing about their plan to save small businesses money and give the big banks some competition. I fall somewhere in the middle with capitalism. Healthy competition, creativity, and opportunity are fantastic, but no Gordon Gekko, greed is not good. We all want to be successful and make money, but lifting others while you do it and not beating them down due to greed is the way to have a prosperous and humane economy and society. I heard this message from Tandym in their mission. That’s why I’m taking the time to write this review. As Tandym grows and connects to more of my favorite retailers, I’ll be using my Tandym account more and more while earning great rewards!
