Easy signup and great rewards! I used Tandym to pay for a bike from JensonUSA.com, the signup process took less than a minute, and the rewards were available for me to use on my next order.

I had never heard of Tandym prior to shopping at Jenson for a new bike. The process was incredibly easy and has been hassle free. I’ve received my bike, paid the bill, and used some the reward points for new parts - all transactions were seamless.

Very quick and easy sign up from Rareseeds (Baker Creek) and so far no issues. I'll use it again next time I buy something from them. Convenient way to pay without using my credit card.

Highly recommend! Applying for Jenson Pay (Tandym) was super easy, paying was even easier (no credit card numbers, just your phone number and an instantaneously generated secure code tied to your phone number). I love how retailers are passing on the saving from much lower credit card transactions fees to the customer, allowing for $ points to be spent on any items of my choice! Tandym customer service is outstanding! No issues with my Tandym experience, and Tandym customer service still reached out to ensure my experience was top notch! Looking forward to future transactions with Tandym!

My experience went from a bit frustrating to realizing they have the best customer service ever! I originally had issues with the Tandym site processing my payment through Rare Seeds pay not just once but twice. Tandym ended up reaching out to me wanting to know how my experience with the checkout process went. Not only did they apologize for the errors and frustrations I went through but they genuinely cared that I had a less than perfect experience. It became their personal mission to find out why the errors occurred and involved me in the whole process. (I was also willing to walk through it a few times with them so they could figure it out). They went above and beyond to ensure others don't have the same problem and took care of me in the process. I truly wish every company had such a great credit company backing them with this amazing customer service!!! I 150% recommend everyone use Tandym!
