I didn't like their service. But I had to pay the annual subscription because I exceeded the 1000-word limit. A refund was not possible as per their terms. I used it for 4-5 days and ended up paying for a year. Now, after a year, they are trying to charge my card again, and I don't see a CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION option on their site. This clearly indicates their intention. You can't cancel the subscription yourself. Luckily, my card expired before they charged me. Substandard output text, it's a useless AI product. _____________ Contacted customer support too after the respose on this review. They didn't process a refund or reply.

You still need a lot of improvement. Many times, the humanization is completely incorrect, and it has to be retried repeatedly.
