Je me suis abonnee pour un mois et on m a facture sans mon autorisation pour une année. Soit 197 CHF au lieu de 16 CHF. Le montant de 197 chf a été immédiatement preleve sur mon compte. Je n apprecie pas du tout la methode. Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser prétendant que j ai utilisé 1000 mots mais c etait l essai gratuit. Je vais déposer une plainte pour escroquerie.

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my extremely disappointing experience with BypassGPT, particularly its automatic renewal and refund practices. On 17 October 2026, £192 was charged to my bank card for an annual subscription renewal covering 18 October 2026 to 18 October 2027. I acknowledge that a renewal reminder was sent, but I inadvertently overlooked it. As soon as I became aware of the charge, I contacted BypassGPT on 17 October at 10:52 pm UK time, before the stated start date of the new annual subscription. I HAD NOT USED A SINGLE WORD OR ANY PART OF THE RENEWED SUBSCRIPTION. Despite explaining this repeatedly, BypassGPT's customer support continued sending almost identical responses quoting its automatic renewal policy instead of properly addressing my circumstances. They confirmed that my subscription had been cancelled, but that simply prevents another renewal. It does nothing to address the £192 already charged for a further year of software I do not intend to use. Even more frustratingly, after repeated requests for a full refund, customer support informed me that they had asked their manager about a possible 20% refund. That is just £38.40 of my £192 payment, leaving the company retaining £153.60 for an annual subscription I have not used. I FIND THIS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. My concerns are not simply about automatic renewal. They are about the way the company handles a prompt refund request for an entirely unused new billing period. Instead of a meaningful individual assessment, I received repeated policy quotations and what appeared to be standard customer service responses. One response even referred to cancelling my "next month's subscription", despite my payment clearly being for an annual plan. I have now raised a formal transaction dispute with my UK bank because I have been unable to obtain a satisfactory refund resolution directly from BypassGPT. My advice to potential customers: Think carefully before providing your bank card details or committing to an annual subscription. Read every condition relating to automatic renewal, cancellation deadlines and refunds. Do not assume that cancelling promptly, or not using the renewed service, means you will receive your money back. A company may have a written refund policy, but customers should also expect clear communication, fair consideration of their circumstances and meaningful responses to complaints. My subscription is cancelled, but my £192 refund remains unresolved. I will update this review if BypassGPT processes a full refund or provides a satisfactory resolution. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend BypassGPT.

Tras insistir y solicitar que me indicaran qué cláusula de su propia política justificaba retener parte del dinero, finalmente el **11 de septiembre de 2026** el soporte me confirmó por escrito: “I have refunded your 100% money and it is expected to arrive in 5-10 workdays.” Es decir, me informaron expresamente que el **100 % del dinero ya había sido reembolsado**. Sin embargo, después de esperar y consultar por el estado de la operación, comenzaron nuevamente las contradicciones. En un correo posterior volvieron a decir que no podían efectuar un reembolso completo y me ofrecieron solamente un **30 %**, como si todo el intercambio anterior no hubiera existido. Cuando les señalé que ellos mismos ya habían confirmado por escrito el reembolso completo de los USD 228 y solicité simplemente el número de transacción, comprobante o referencia de la operación, en lugar de responder concretamente comenzaron a enviarme respuestas genéricas solicitando nuevamente que explique los problemas del producto y que les envíe textos originales y procesados. A día de hoy, sigo sin recibir una respuesta clara sobre una pregunta muy sencilla: **¿El reembolso de USD 228 que BypassGPT confirmó como realizado fue efectivamente procesado?** Tampoco me han proporcionado un comprobante, número de transacción o referencia que permita verificarlo. Comparto mi experiencia para que otros usuarios conozcan cómo fue gestionado mi caso antes de contratar un plan anual. Conservo toda la cadena de correos que acredita lo relatado. Actualizaré esta reseña si finalmente el reembolso se acredita o si la empresa aporta una solución verificable.

I enjoyed the application but was furious when they renewed and charged me annually instead of the monthly I had been paying. I emailed but did not get the support I needed. Jumping from 19.00 to 228.00 and not assisting is ridiculous. Really hoping to get worked out.
