Won’t make the same mistake again
My experience with byNUBU was disappointing overall due to the final quality of the commissioned artwork and the communication process. The artwork was purchased as a wedding gift, so presentation and finish were extremely important. Unfortunately, when the piece arrived, parts of the image quality looked poor and unfinished, leaving me unable to confidently give it as intended. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard and closer resemblance to the examples advertised online. One of the biggest frustrations was that I was never contacted directly about any supposed issues with the uploaded photograph before the work was completed. The image provided was clear enough for the intended purpose, and if there were concerns regarding quality or resolution, I believe these should have been discussed before proceeding. I was also surprised that no final proof or preview was sent for approval prior to dispatch. A simple preview stage would likely have prevented a disappointing outcome and given an opportunity to resolve concerns before shipping. Although responses after raising concerns were courteous, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed considering the cost and expectations attached to a personalised wedding gift purchase. only option left open now is small claims court unfortunately
