After reviewing the photo you sent, it looks similar to cases we’ve seen when the lashes are placed a little too close to the waterline or when there’s some pressure during application or removal. This can sometimes cause temporary irritation, even if someone isn’t allergic to the product. A true allergic reaction usually shows stronger symptoms in both eyes (like full-lid swelling and intense itching), which doesn’t seem to match what you described, but of course, your comfort is what matters most. We’ve emailed you some gentle care tips, proper placement guidance, and a short video tutorial so this doesn’t happen again. Hey Vandana, I just wanted to kindly clarify that Lash Glow does not offer salon services or in-person lash applications. We only sell DIY cluster lashes that can be applied at home. It seems your experience may have been with a lash salon that shares a similar name, but it was not with us.
