We're so sorry to hear your eyes were burning though, this is almost always caused by the bond making contact with the waterline or the sensitive skin around the inner eye area rather than a reaction to the formula itself. While all of our lashes are crafted from the highest quality silk fiber, certain styles like our Mega Volume or Angel Wings feature a higher density of lash hairs to achieve that full look, which can make them feel slightly more structured than our more natural sets. Regarding the removal, our bond is designed for a long-lasting hold, but it should come off easily with the right technique! We recommend reapplying a small amount of the Lash Remover directly to any remaining residue, waiting about 1 minute to let it fully break down the bond, and then gently wiping it away with a cotton pad. It should slide right off!
