I had high hopes when ordering from byBESPOEK based on their sleek website and promises of affordable mid-century modern furniture. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the most frustrating online furniture experiences I've had. I ordered Wishbone chairs that were advertised as in-stock or with quick shipping. What arrived was underwhelming: the finish had visible inconsistencies, one piece had uneven assembly, and the overall build felt cheaper than expected for the price. It didn't match the premium look shown in photos. Worse, delivery took far longer than promised—multiple weeks of delays with vague updates and excuses. Customer service was slow to respond, unhelpful when I raised concerns, and offered no real solutions like partial refunds or expedited fixes. I ended up with unusable furniture taking up space while waiting for missing parts or resolutions that never came. This company may have some positive reviews, but my experience was poor quality control, unreliable timelines, and inadequate support. If you're considering buying furniture here, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere—save yourself the headache and potential disappointment.

Order placed in December still has no delivery date on April 18th

We had the chairs less than a year and the paint started to rub off the arms, almost like it was not finished properly and could not withstand human body oils touching it. I reached out to the company because on the product page, it mentions a 5 year warranty and 2 year after care policy, and they told me that both of those were not valid and that there was nothing they would do beyond 90 days. I would not recommend ordering - these are not high quality or well made. They are made in China and overpriced.

At first glance the website looks good & the prices are unbeatable. Must have been a red flag but whatever. Most of the good reviews you’ll find are presumably bots or AI generated. My card was charged immediately & tracking has not been updated. Expected delivery is 2 days so we will see how this goes. I’ve reached out to customer service several times with questions to no avail. Update: They told me that they didn’t have the size of the bench that I wanted to so I paid the difference after finally getting a hold of someone. Then they said they didn’t have that size either so they said to go up another size. I decided to cancel the order & request a refund. Will I actually get a refund? I hope so. I feel so dumb for spending money with this company.

I ordered 4 wishbone chairs in early Nov 2021. The estimated shipping date was two weeks away. It's now Feb 4 and the estimated shipping date is Mar 4. They are still marketing the chairs on their site as shipping in two weeks. I don't know if they are just incompetent or an actual scam, but I'm done. I cancelled my order and will buy chairs elsewhere.

Ordered an in stock item, heard nothing for over a month. I inquired and they told me it would get to me in two months. MInd you their website still says the item is in stock and could be delivered in a week. I called them out on in and they had no explanation, no apology, nothing. I cancelled my order. Do not order from these people.

I have had the same experience as detailed in other reviews. I purchased an "in stock" item in June, received part of the order (minus the cushions) and am now told I will receive those in October (maybe)? I have an unusable piece of furniture taking up space in my house. Unacceptably bad and misleading.
