Received damaged adjustable dumbell. Customer service asked for a pic, wouldn't respond after I sent the picture. Weights are shaky, stick to the handle even when not selected, and dials aren't even designed to turn in the same direction.

Poor communication and customer service

Buying from Jordan with BWSS was the worst experience ever!! Beware if you encounter any issues involving a return or exchange! When he first sent sent my two adjustable dumbbells, one was in kg and one was in lbs. I emailed him and said I’m confused, why are they different and could I have a matching set? I offered to return one if he would send me a single so I could have a matching set. Through multiple email correspondences with Jordan, he responded and said he couldn’t accommodate my request for a new single dumbbell arm and his response to my question about mismatching dumbbells was: “we throw lb in the mix since they’re in high demand”. I don’t understand what kind of response that is to me receiving a mismatching set! I was getting nowhere with him on emails and finally my wife and I left Facebook reviews. When he saw those he reacted aggressively to me over emails but he did eventually do something. However, the whole thing was a terrible experience and I would never order from BWSS again.

Ordered in August and it never arrived. Got a confirmation it had arrived in the US to be delivered in October and it never came. Followed up and it turns out there was a 'damage' notice that I had to figure out myself with UPS. Had to contact customer service to get a refund. I get that things get damaged in transit, but there should have been some sort of tracking or notification system from BWSS that was proactively on top of this. Very disappointed because now I'm still without the product that I purchased, so we'll have just do without it now.

I ordered the items on August 12th, 2020. Estimated delivery time per all their emails were 3-4 weeks. Finally received the last itme in my order on November 23rd, 2020. TWO MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED MY STUFF. The folding bench i got was pretty bad quality. Seems like real cheap metal materials and not all the holes lined up to insert bolts. We will see in time if it holds up.

BUYER BEWARE: Terrible customer service, long gaps in response times, adjustable dumbbells actually BROKE after 2nd use. Awaiting replacement arm, but have had no communication on when I can expect it. I would also like to add the “owner” of the company doesn’t seem to care about the issues, had offered no resolution to my issues, and is not sincere in the least in his email communications. Scamming people of their time and money, should be their slogan.

I ordered the adjustable kettlebell a few months ago. I was happy when I got my delivery but immediately had an issue of what is a locking spring in the Lock/Unlock system. I reached out to BWSS via Instagram and Email but was never contacted in both instances. I was hoping to buy more stuff, which seem like great home exercise products... but, with horrible customer service. I rather go to a reputable company.

Placed an order in early September, was charged and received a confirmation that my order would arrive in 3-4 weeks. Almost 3 months later, and no sign of my order, no follow-up on when it might ship, nothing. The only option for contacting them is email. I understand that Covid has caused shipping delays, but the company should at least keep people updated on their order status when it is this delayed.
