This is what the website says, "In stock and ships immediately. Current delivery is 2-4 weeks due to Covid-19" It took 8 weeks to just be shipped from China. Then I get this, "1) Please remember that while our shipping is estimated to be 3-4 weeks from the date you ordered, backups due to Coronavirus may cause delays of 1 -2 weeks. 2) This label means your order has arrived in California and is waiting to be picked up by UPS 3) It is normal for packages to get split up during shipment. So if you only get 1 item, the others will arrive soon after." So website says it's ready to be "shipped immediately", email message, when it does finally ships, says, "3-4 weeks to ship" with "1-2 weeks" delays. The worst case scenario in this message is 6 weeks. It is now supposedly somewhere in California - since Nov 24. Today's date is Dec 10, and UPS still has not received the shipment - only a label has been generated. I ordered the product on Sept 27... still not here. I had a similar interaction on another product I ordered from them - it took far longer than expected to arrive. The products are good, their shipping information is a joke. If you don't mind waiting MONTHS to receive your item then go ahead and order.

I ordered adjustable weights 2 months ago UPS tracking shows the package hasn’t been picked up in 14 days. Extremely disappointed. I get the same canned message that it will be only 3 to 4 weeks....The UPS order says it is only for 25 pounds which means it is only for 1 weight and I paid for two.

2 months later and still waiting. Customer service keeps saying shipment is on its way but the tracking number shows the package hasn’t been picked up in 10 days. Extremely disappointed.

I have written three times about my bench not being able to be set up properly and haven’t gotten a response. I’m very disappointed with the lack of response and help with this after paying so much money.

I ordered adjustable dumbbells and the rack in one order. When it became clear the dumbbells wouldn’t be available for months, I requested a cancellation. They said only dumbbells could be cancelled because the rack was too far along the process, even though it hadn’t shipped yet. It took another two weeks for the tracking number for the rack to become available and even then it indicated the item was not picked up by the shipping company. All that time bwss fit claimed it was too late to cancel. Very disappointing and will not be using them again in the future, and I purchase quite a bit in fitness equipment.

Why are you asking me a review if you are charging me on empty box I received after waiting for 2months. You refused to accept the claim directly nor not responding a claim through UPS for a month now.

Item arrived well after the estimated time period. Quality/performance was extremely disappointing -- when compared with the original products they are trying to imitate, while being more expensive. Cannot recommend.
