Descent weight and communication

I ordered a pair of adjustable dumbbells during pandemic. I got them with some delay, which means it’s a legit site to work with.

Overall, love the product but I do have a couple of gripes. A couple of times, I've had a weight slide off the bar after locking it in and pulling it up. I realize this could potentially be user error but it did happen more than once. I also have trouble locking the bar back into the base, the weights tend to slide easily so alignment isn't as easy as I think it should be. That aside, happy with my purchase.

We received both sets of adjustable dumbbells (one mini & one larger set). The larger set came with one in kilograms and the other in pounds. The kilogram dumbbell isn't as easy to adjust as the pound one. It took 6 weeks for the larger set to arrive and 8 weeks for the mini set. Weights seem durable so far in the 4-6 weeks of use so far.

The delivery took a long time, but that was expected and warned from the beginning. The Dumbells are good. However, sometimes the discs get stuck when you are trying to adjust the weight. Once you start using them more frequently you will find out how to better change the weight without getting stuck. I wish they came with better instructions. Also, you can not find a single review of these dumbells on youtube or any other place, which made me be hesitant ant the beginning. However, they have been working well and is a good price-quality match.

I'm super excited to have my adjustable dumbbells. I have to be honest, when I first saw the ad pop up, I thought it was a scam because I couldn't find these weights ANYWHERE. The fact that they were also priced at the market value, was also a shocker. The only downside was the wait time. I placed my order in late summer and it took a few days longer than the 4-5 week estimated delivery time. In fairness, though, BWSS communicated that there would be a long wait. Plus when I checked the order, their customer service team responded immediately. Their professionalism put my worries to rest. I'm so happy about my weights. I'm actually on my way out to cancel my gym membership!!!

Dumbells are great. The dumbell stand isn't as great – it was full or rust dust on the inside & the design is quite bulky.
