Product works well and was a good price. Poor scores for the time it took to ship along with the lack of updates or information on shipping. Took about 1.5 months from time of order for my product to arrive. A shipping tag was generated once it finally made it to america (about 3 wks) but it sat there unmoved for over a week with no updates. I however did get responses from their customer service once the item was in the states upon inquiry. Though this took legwork in my part to do and monitor. Another hassle.

The weights took 3 months to arrive compared to the promised 1 month. The weights themselves are pretty bulky and clunky and not ideal for any type of aerobic weight lifting.

I never received the equipment I ordered so I have no choice but to provide this poor of a review. I am not making it one star because BWSS has promised to refund but am still waiting on that.

Friendly, responsive customer service but the actual product is of pretty questionable quality. One of the dumbbells is missing an end cap, so it looks a little wonky. I've had name brand adjustable dumbbells and found the quality to be much better. Maybe just a QC issue? These make me a bit nervous. The plates rarely click into place correctly and I constantly have to fiddle with them to get everything lined up. They work in a pinch but I don't have high hopes for them lasting a long time and will likely upgrade to something higher quality in the future.
