I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells which took 9 weeks to get delivered, not all of which was their fault due to COVID issues and the equipment coming from China. One adjustable dumbbell was in pounds, and the other in kilograms. Not a huge issue but definitely inconvenient. The kilogram unit unfortunately had defective plates and it took multiple emails with them to get that resolved - which is still pending while I await new plates to get delivered. I'm hoping those don't take another 9 weeks.

It’s a good concept but not great product. Ordered product in June didn’t come until Mid August. One of the dumbbell holders somehow stopped working within three weeks. I can still adjust but I have to move all the weights to the second holder then adjusted it. Just takes a lot of time. Still a good product but now where near with the price.

Ordered the BWSS Box - the bands are fine and the bench is good, but the dumbbells are terrible. One is in lbs, the other in kgs, so it’s a math equation to use both at once. They constantly get stuck in the holders, the wheels don’t turn well on the outside, and just seem like very poor quality overall. I wouldn’t buy again - maybe the more expensive sets are better. Shipping took forever(8+ weeks for everything to arrive), but they’re pretty transparent about that part

The equipment is mostly fine, if you’re okay with one being in lbs and one being in kg. One also reeked heavily of gasoline, so my hands do after every workout. My biggest gripes with the company are this: I was quoted 3-4 weeks shipping time when I ordered (this was, btw, after THEY had revised it down from 4-6). After the 4 week mark of crickets, I inquired about the status of my shipment and got a very annoyed copy pasta response from customer service that didn’t even address my actual question. My two inquiries on the FB page were immediately deleted and I was blocked from interacting with the page. THAT is the kind of customer service you receive. So do I recommend them? No. They hide a lot of the negative by blocking and deleting people which makes them untrustworthy in my book. I would seek out more reputable sources.

The product itself has been great, and the adjustable weights are durable and perform as expected. The adjustable kettlebell arrived with worn paint and works fine, but seemed damaged from its journey across seas. The products were delivered 9+ weeks after ordering, despite being advertised as a 2-3 week delivery.

I wanted to like the weight set I bought but the adjustable weights rattle and move when you are lifting which is distracting and bad for weight lifting. I just think they are poorly designed.

I waited for this package to arrive. 8 weeks or so. Fine, I get it with COVID and low supply in gym equipments. Once I get it, I find that I have one dumbbell in kg and one in lbs. Fine, I can work with it. I try switching the weights and realize the one in lbs isn’t as fluid and gets stuck and not picking up the right weights. Plates were falling off. I took videos and sent to support. They said the would send a new arm in kg so it would match. 4 weeks later, I get it but the same issues remain. Support said they would send me a entire new weight. It’s been 3 weeks and haven’t gotten it yet. At least expedite the shipping for replacement!! Close to half a year and I’ve yet to use my weights I’ve purchase. Alternating One arm bench press is the new 2020 workout for me...

The design/quality of the weights is incredibly bad. Definitely not worth the money.
