This is for the foldable bench. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Packaging was in horrible shap and the item was scratched and blemished. I opted to keep it any way rather than hassle with returning.

Product took weeks longer to arrive than what was advertised. Product didn't arrive all at once. Bench was shoddy and broke almost immediately. "Booty band" is similar in quality to products available faster and cheaper through other retailers. Resistance bands are similarly of average value which is reduced due the long wait time. The adjustable weights are good so far. While not better than other similar products, they appear to be of decent value considering the lack of availability of other brands. I give 3 stars instead of lower because I did get the bench refunded quickly without any drama and I appreciate that.

I eventually got the items and there are great. There was a long period, as they warned, where i received no updates on shipping. I think it was about 10 weeks in total for me to get my items. Bowflex was out of stock this entire time, so worth the wait. #COVID

Shipping took a very long time to arrive, and came in separate packages (ordered Dumbbells & bench). Adjustable Dumbbells (15-90lbs) are great and work as expected, although be warned they are MUCH LARGER THAN DEPICTED. They can be somewhat awkward to do some lifts, but overall work as expected and I feel they were worth the price. Adjustable/folding bench is clearly cheap - already has fraying/unwinding stitching, staples coming out, wobbly (not stable). Can tell it is made with very cheap/low quality parts. I would not recommend purchasing this for anyone serious about lifting (spend a bit more to get better quality). Overall - love the dumbbells for my needs and price. The bench works for my needs, but I would not recommend it or buy another bench from BWSS.

Love the weights so far and a good price! But shipping was a mess and customer service never responded back to me after I told them what happened with my shipment—just so I could help inform future customers and hopefully they would have a better experience.

Quality is excellent on the dumbbells. Unfortunately the dumbbell stands were of subpar quality with rusting noted at several sites. Additionally one of the dumbbell stands was never shipped and a repeat order had to be placed delaying delivery by an additional month.

The product is fair to good. Took a very long time to arrive.
