It takes entirely too long to get the equipment shipped to me. Got my weights and they malfunctioned the first day I used them. BWSSFIT is trying to rectify the problem. After waiting for almost 8 weeks for the set, the replacement part was ordered and after 4 weeks I received the wrong part. Still waiting for the correct part.

The dumbbells were kinda junky. Way less quality than the more name brand ones I own.

One of the base units arrived damaged so that the adjustable weights would now operate correctly. I emailed the company several times for a replacement but was never answered. Would not recommend this product to someone else.

I was a little disappointed by these adjustable weights. The smoothness and function are several steps behind the feel of bowflex selectech adjustable weights. They will get stuck in the base about once a week, or every three to four workouts. I have to spend about 5-10 minutes messing around with them to figure out where the plates are stuck. Pretty annoying. Also, one dumbbell is in lbs and one is In kilograms. Technically that’s fine, because the adjustment points match, but it’s really poor QAQC. I would wait for bowflex to be back in stock vs buying these. These work, but really disappointed.

Don't love the product. Placing the dumbbells back down can be clunky and take more time than I would like. Changing the weight can be a pain. I have had weights fall from the dumbbells multiple times - obviously pretty dangerous.

Hey Tim the only way a weight would fall from the handle is if it wasn't properly placed on or if there is damage to the handle. Please make sure to reach out [email protected] as soon as possible so we can get to the bottom of it..

Took a lot of work to get the dumbbells to loosen up to the point I could actually adjust them. Still have a few issues with setting them back into the base to adjust them to add or substract weight. Overall they work well enough for at an at home workout such as P90X or Spartacus but figured for the price they would have worked better.

I placed an order for several items in September. It's now November and I haven't gotten word back about 2 items that have not been shipped yet. I contacted them about it and they sent me the following: "We do apologize that we have been made aware that there is a problem at the warehouse, you should receive an email shortly from our corporate office giving you options to continue to move forward with your order or for an refund to be issued. We do apologize for any inconvenience…." The products I received, so far, were great but I have yet to be contacted about the missing items.
