Item came as described. Took very long time for shipping. Answered messages quickly

Overall it took about 2 months from me placing the order to them delivering it. Its not bad considering the order ships internationally. The product itself is ok, but has a few flaws in my opinion. The system is not easy to maneuver as one might think. Changing the weight size requires for the bar to be in an exact position, and its not very intuitive or easy to get it to click. It takes about 10 minutes to get the system to "unstick" making it annoying ( specially when you're doing a workout that requires you to use multiple sets of weights ) and somewhat time consuming. The weights are also long and bulky, that makes some of the workouts awkward. Again something that you would expect from all in one weight system. I do appreciate that they save so much space. If you live in the city and cannot have a whole weight system occupying a good chunk of your room, then these are the weights for you. My husband loves the price vrs the price a whole set would cost you, so that is an upside as well.

Good communication. UPS misplaced the package but given the times not a big deal. Rating has to do with the equipment. For the more money than the competition I expected a superior product. The silicone grips on the dumbbells rotate. The selector wheel gets stuck often. Luckily I found a weight release/”reset” button on the dumbbells or else these were going back.

I think the price was great for the dumbbells but for what you save you do sacrifice quality. The quality control on my dumbbells was not great and they came a little banged up and rusty in spots. They also don't feel as sturdy as I had hoped. But you get what you pay for I suppose. The shipping took forever so I haven't even bothered to reach out about the poor QC.

Good product, but still haven’t received the entire order and it been several months.

ok product but one dumbbell does not adjust well. You get what you pay for...

We were warned the product would take a while to ship, but took even longer than expected. The product itself is more or less what I expected. Knowing what I know now, I probably wouldn't have paid more than 250 for these, but we're in a pandemic, so it does the job while I'm out of the gym. One dumbbell is in lbs and the other in kgs. It's annoying needing a reference table every time I switch weights, but I'm sure I'll memorize it eventually...All in all, not bad, but probably wouldn't buy again at the 400 price point. I took 1 star off for the quality and 1 for the overall wait time.
