All good except one of the weight disc falls off randomly. Quite dangerous to toes and faces.

Happy with the product, but the time it took to ship was beyond reasonable. Weeks late, no useful shipping information.

Part of my order came in damaged. Another product is missing entirely, and I have not heard from the company about my refund. Seemed like I was going to get a resolution, then radio silence??

This took a very long time to ship which I can understand due to covid. It did however arrive in very disheveled condition with the box ripped open, the storage container open, and the contents spilling out. It made me concerned that some of the pieces may have been lost in the very long transit time. For such an expensive item I do expect it to arrive in good condition and that was not the case.

The product took a long time to get to me and once it did there was no follow up email asking me if everything turned out ok, it just arrived on my door step one day. When it arrived I expected the quality to be similar to the “bow-flex” version I saw online but unfortunately it was not. The plates are low quality and the paint is sprayed on. The weights have done the overall job for me with my gym closed but I would not purchase again or purchase if I had seen how they looked in a store.

I ordered from BWSS 9/3/2020. It is now 11/24/2020. I am still waiting for the final items to arrive. What have received so far appears to be of good quality, however I cannnot make full use of it without everything being here. Customer service has been less than helpful, more a stalling response. I expect the last item to arrive almost 3 months from the day I ordered. Under no circumstances stances, is this acceptable.

I have enjoyed the product thoroughly, but one weight has become jammed and I can not figure out how to fix it properly. If it weren't jammed, I would give it a 5.

Checkout and shipment were ok. Took longer than expected but can’t blame anyone in a pandemic. I’m very disappointed with the weights. The mechanism is terrible and get stuck often, it’s extremely frustrating. For the price, I would expect better product.
