Still haven't received the weights.

Slow delivery. Several weeks/months delay beyond what they originally stated in their email.

I placed an order on 30 OCT for an adjustable bench (order #20657) and as of right now, 9 DEC at 1500 EST it still has not arrived. In fact, I received an update saying a label had been created on 25 NOV but as of right now there is no tracking in ROUTE or via UPS. I realize with COVID things are taking longer than usual and I understand it however this timeframe seems excessive to me. I’ve ordered your products in the past and enjoy them and I’m sure I’ll enjoy the bench whenever it shows up it just seems to be taking forever. I haven’t received all of my order yet and the dumbbell stand that I did receive is missing a piece so I cannot put it together correctly. I could ask for the proper piece to put it together but again it’s been 8 weeks since I ordered them and how long will I have to wait for the pi ce to get here. Overall I would not order from you guys again or recommend to anyone!

Emailed customer service and got no assistance.

I purchased the adjustable dumbbell weight set and it's dial mechanism isn't all that smooth when changing weight. If you move one knob, the other knob on the same dumbbell should move with it. That's not always the case as you can have different weights on either side of the same dumbbell. I'm not sure if it's a design flaw or maybe my own set is faulty. I'll have to call and see what they can do about it.

Bought these and they have issues. Firstly, I received 1 set in Lbs & the other in Metric. So I have to count/do math to make sure the pair are the same weight. It's a big deal when you're doing quick sets. Secondly, both dumbells have issues with going back into their "pods". You can set a weight but never but the entire "device" including the base lifts. Or, you can't engage a different weight even w both knobs dialed in. Great concept but had it not been for COVID stock issues w NordicTrak I should have waited for a higher quality product.

Package for folding bench came damaged and was missing bolts to lock pieces into place. Weight bands never came. Dumbbells are as advertised at least.
