Eugene Z.
The shipping times are not accurate. They had promised 4 weeks, and it ended up being 5-6 weeks. The customer service was pretty poor, looked like a copy and paste message to my questions. I think I paid too much for what I received.
Response from BWSS FitNov 18, 2020
Hey Eugene , I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience. We try to make shipping times clear on our page and ask everyone to anticipate some delays for as long as the COVID situation is affecting the supply chain.
Sunil S.
My dumbbells do not fit on the stand I ordered with them. I emailed customer support and was asked to send pics. After sending pics I did not hear anything. It took an exceptionally long time to receive products with few updates

Hey Sunil, I think we chatted over customer service! Please reach out to us again and we'll make sure it's resolved for you.

I questioned where my package was on social media platforms and had my posts deleted. I finally got my package after 2 months and multiple emails. I found them to be unprofessional. EDITED 12/30/2020: I wish I could remove the 1 star I gave them for shady customer service and practices. I was using my weights when I heard a click and the weight fell off the handle, nearly landing on my foot. Definitely can't recommend their poorly made product.

The directions are totally insufficient. I thought they were completely broken and it was so hard to figure it out. They are difficult to use and take a long time to ship.
Response from BWSS FitNov 18, 2020

Niko S.
Terrible product, bulky, bad design, hard to set weight, terrible support, huge wait time, horrible shipping experience, no refunds.
Response from BWSS FitNov 18, 2020
Hey Niko, thanks for the honest feedback. We do provide refunds on our products however we do not cover return shipping. We're sorry you're unhappy with the size of the dumbbells although adjustable dumbbells do tend to air on the buliker side. Measurements for the products are listing on every product page. Please make sure to reach out to [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist and make sure you're happy.
Gail K.
Our barbell and weights never arrived. Thankfully, we were reimbursed, but it was multiple months waiting for it to ship, then waiting for it to arrive and then it being lost in shipment.
Response from BWSS FitNov 18, 2020
Hey Gail unfortunately it sis possible for carriers like UPS & FEDEX to lose items sometimes. We have partnered with ROUTE to offer shipping protection on all orders but I'm glad to know that you got your refund in a timely manner.
