I ordered adjustable weights in July, I received one weight in September, and did not receive the second one. I continued to email BWSS weekly to resolve this issue and kept getting the runaround. Final they completely stopped returning my emails a few weeks after and have not heard a single thing from them to resolve this issue. Now I’m left with one weight.

I have had nothing but trouble with the adjustable dumbbell set, which seems cheaply made and doesn't function properly. It is difficult to turn the dials, plates fall off the weights while I'm exercising (a dangerous problem) and it is often impossible to return the weights to the trays because of misalignments. Instead of a workout what they usually provide is a big time-suck.

The weights work well. The reason I’m giving a one star review is because I bought the stand along with them and the weights don’t fit on top of it. Which means I wasted $140 on a piece of metal I will never be able to use. Also the stand for the dumbbells that helps shift the weights was damaged and I contacted support regarding both of these issues and I never heard back from them.

The dumbbells that arrived are not what was advertised. The accompanying instruction booklet is not labeled BWSS and they essentially look like Bowflex knock-offs.

Took longer than 6 weeks to deliver, adjustable bench is already showing signs of deterioration and not stable. Dumbbells are good, but cheaper options exist out there. Overall not worth $600, was expecting higher quality items.

Honestly, these were one of the bigger rip offs and scams I’ve ever been tricked into. These weight sets do nothing function or change weights like the description says. Poor quality and poor service. Sorry for the honesty but I’m out $850 dollars with nothing to show but garbage.

I placed an order in July with a 4 week delivery eta. After 4 weeks I did not receive any communications and I checked in with Jordan from BWSSFIT (who was always very responsive) who provided me with another 4-6 week wait estimate which I was fine with and expected due to shipping strains across all retailers. I provided a revised address to ship to which they confirmed. After another 6 weeks I checked in once again only to find that they had shipped it to the wrong address and never updated the order details. I politely asked if they could reship to the correct address and was looped into emails with their third party shipping partner who literally just ignored all of BWSSFIT's attempts to ask them on the status of the shipment. After about another 2 weeks of attempting to resolve and get the dumbbells reshipped with no answer, I asked if I could get a refund from BWSSFIT to which they suddenly stopped responding despite typically responding within a day so I had to go through my credit card company.

Faulty dumb bells. Bench doesnt look close to what is advertised. Took a month and a half to arrive.
