The quality of these products are unfortunately very poor. The foldable bench I purchased had one of the legs break off at the cheap metal joint after only two uses. The adjustable weights were knock off Bowflex and shipped directly from the Chinese factory and had an intense plastic smell that lasted weeks.

Seems like the bowflex dumbbells, it’s actually a very cheap and terrible version of them. The knobs are hard to switch the weight with and the magnetic plates don’t always hold. It’s worthless. Do not buy, huge waste of money.

I placed my order Labor Day weekend and over two months later my order still hadn’t been completed. I received the same generic answer every time I inquired about what was going on. I finally asked for a refund and while I did receive it, I didn’t get 2 months of my life back. Stop making excuses and start delivering what you promise in your advertising.

My order took much longer than promised. When it did show up, it was incomplete with much of the weights missing. When I checked with the vendor, I was told I would need to take it up with FedEx. FedEX had indeed delivered the boxes shipped, they just didn’t have all of the product to make the dumbbell set. I eventually took the dispute to my credit card company. I then received a nasty email from the vendor suggesting fraud who apparently had forgotten our exchange regarding the missing products.

Terrible. Will never buy from again. Unless you have to. Don’t.

My item was delivered several weeks beyond the shipping window they stated. By the time it arrived, I had moved and I never ended up getting my item. The delay in shipping cost me several hundred dollars.

It took à longer than quoted time to recieve my weights......which was understandable due to COVID. However, when they did arrive, the were broken and the dials would not turn. I emailed twice and only got the instructions (which were no help) as a response......there was no number to call or anything. I just order the EXACT same set from a different company and they work fine.....I'll probably NEVER purchase from BWSS again!!

Still have not received my products company says they were delivered but I never got anything.
