Blackwater AquaticsReviews of bwaquatics.com

Bettas came in super great shape and shipping quality was great. Even though I brought my package in as soon as it came, I can tell this package could’ve lasted a bit longer with the super warm heat pack provided with my shipping. Definitely recommend getting bettas from BW aquatics.

Healthy fish and will do business again.

I've ordered from Blackwater Aquatics multiple times now. Every order is carefully packaged, and the fish are always healthy and happy upon arrival. They have a great selection of beautiful fish! I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

The guys at Blackwater went out of the way for me and the fish I ordered came very well packaged, healthy, and settled down in my QT tank within 24 hours. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Got some healthy looking fish with great packaging. All my fish arrived in great condition.

As always, great stock and fast shipping with good packaging. One of the few places I consistently order from and they are very knowledgeable on care for their stock. Thank you for the great service you provide.

Man... Hands down, this guy Abdul is amazing — what genuine care for life and customer understanding! The packing of the live fish was absolutely on point. 🙏 🙏

This was my first time ordering fish online. The package came 26 hours after ups received the package over 1000 miles away, worth the 50$ of shipping. Fish came individually bagged and padded well. The heat pack was still warm to the touch. The fish are all healthy and gaining their full color. Their response time through email is great too with a response of around the next day.
