Blackwater AquaticsReviews of bwaquatics.com

Great communication and response to questions. Showed great care for the animals in regards to shipping. Even followed up. Fish are in excellent shape and thriving now.

One of the best sources on the planet for wild Betta species. Excellent value, serious service, you can't go wrong with BWA!

The fish I purchased looked really good. There was a small glitch which they promptly took care.

as always...great packaging, communication and as expected if not more!!

Easy and quick communication

Bought a little hendra and a dozen green neon tetras and they all arrived in fantastic condition! There was a slight mix-up initially with the shipping, but the seller got it fixed immediately and kept me updated to make sure everyone arrived as planned. Definitely my preferred shop for wild bettas

The Betta I ordered arrived in good condition. Fully colored up and flaring within hours. It is even more beautiful in person. Order took a couple of weeks to be sent due to shipping supply shortages, but I was kept informed through email after asking.

Amazing experience as always. All my fish are from BW Aquatics. Great service. Beautiful fish.
