A trap! They hide the cancel button and charge you automatically for broken AI! Review: My experience with buzzy has been a nightmare. Not only does their AI generator fail completely at basic character consistency and deliver zero usable results after wasting hours of work, but their system is designed as a trap. There is no active or working button to cancel your subscription! They deliberately hide or disable the cancel option so you cannot stop the recurring charges. After days of waiting, support is practically nonexistent. They gave me some credits back "as a courtesy" after the system made endless mistakes, but when I tried to use them, it failed again and demanded another paid upgrade. I cannot even cancel my plan because the option is blocked. Avoid this platform at all costs!

NEGATIVES Zero customer service which just adds to the scammy non professional feel. Don't even bother sending messages to their support as you wont hear back. Unlimited offers are fake to get you to subscribe. Once subscribed you pay for everything. Nothing is ever unlimited. POSITIVES Cheaper than a lot of platforms and no issues generating or downloading content which keeps it out of the 'scam' bracket and puts it just into the 'must have been built by teenagers with no experience in business and/or customer service' bracket.

Support simply isn't responding.

Desde el 1 de octubre, he enviado varios correos solicitando una solución porque me han cancelado créditos que había adquirido, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Considero especialmente preocupante que una empresa no responda a un cliente que está reclamando por un servicio que ha pagado. Mi petición es clara: quiero que se me devuelva el dinero correspondiente a los créditos cancelados o que se me restituyan dichos créditos. Espero que Buzzy.now revise mi caso y se ponga en contacto conmigo para resolverlo. Hasta el momento, la falta de respuesta desde el 1 de octubre está haciendo que mi experiencia sea muy negativa. So far, the lack of a response since October 1st has made my experience very negative. I paid for a year, and within three days, they’ve left me with no money or credits.

SCAMMERS 100% I will do my best to sue them, im contacting my lawyers right the way, we going to do all we can to make them pay. Dont worry everyone, they will lose even more.

now way to cancel subscription

1. They charge my card but don’t even top up credits onto balance! 2. Canceling the subscription doesn’t work, it says “thanks. we’ll take it from there”. 3 days passed, not cancelled. 3. Lowering the plan gives an error. 4. Nobody responds to support emails. No response for months
