Bought hard to find roofrack parts for great price. First offer accepted, but was later cancelled because the seller miscounted inventory. Took talking to customer service (very friendly and helpful) to find out why. Day later saw ad still on the website, so made another even lower offer. Accepted and I received the product. Very easy to use, effective and I got an accepted price for my item. It turned out that some of the info about the product was not correct, manufacturer’s info not Buyr info and I had to return the item. Buyr sent me a return shipping label and the return went smoothly. I was then able to use Buyr again and get the correct item. Thanks Buyr, you didid a great job.
