I had a very bad experience with BuyMedical. They claimed that their invoices would be accepted on Amazon, but unfortunately that was not true in my case. Because of their incorrect information, my Amazon account got deactivated, which caused me serious loss. Their customer service is extremely disappointing. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and did not take responsibility for the problem they created. I trusted their claims, but they failed to deliver what they promised. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing anything from this company. Based on my experience, their service and reliability are not up to the mark.

Horrible customer service. I cancelled the order right away while the item had not even shipped yet, but they sent it anyway. Then they gave me a lot of problems trying to return it. I explained to them that I was recovering from surgery and could not go outside to send it back, yet they showed no understanding or flexibility. Truly horrible experience.

I ordered 48 bottles (2 cases of 24 bottles) of Ensure Enlive Chocolate Shakes with high protein. They sent Pediasure Chocolate Shakes instead, which contains half the protein and calories, and costs less. Sloppy, incompetence at its finest! I will never order from Buymedical again!

I paid $121 for overnight delivery and did not get it. Their mistake was switching delivery times on the 2 orders I placed, and then their representative lied to me over and over and over again about it. And then no longer picked up the phone. Despicable.

3 days after delivery, I requested a replacement due to product being defective. They would not stand behind their product. Then asked they honor their 30 day satisfaction guarantee but they have refused.

This company is an absolute nightmare. I purchased a case of a catheter urine collection bag that has a specific release valve for someone with poor use of his hands. When I purchased it, there was a picture on the internet to show what I was purchasing. What I received were these cheap awful bags that probably cost $1. When I went on the website to see if I ordered incorrectly, the photo was removed. I called customer service and they sent me a picture and it WAS what I thought I ordered but it was far from what I received. They mailed me another case AND charged me over $30 without my authorization. It was once again the cheap awful bags. I asked them to send me the bags I ordered. They said that is not likely possible (even though I can see them for sale on the website as individual purchases AND the webpage which I originally used to purchase the case of bags is still on the site. This company if fraud and/or a company that is sooo incompetent they appear like fraud. I suggest you NOT buy anything from this company unless you are looking for a lot of frustration and a test on your patience!!!!!

Satisfaction Guaranteed is not really satisfaction guaranteed. If you open item, try item then it's not returnable. How actually are you suppose to know if your going to like the item? I can tell if what I received is defective or I just don't like it. My item is a cpap mask. After two hours use it will not seal no matter what I do. Either way the item is not working for me thus I am not satisfied.
