I've been buying drinks and supplements from them for over 3 years at this point. They always arrive fast in good condition and just as described, with expiration dates a long ways out.

I had a very bad experience with BuyMedical. They claimed that their invoices would be accepted on Amazon, but unfortunately that was not true in my case. Because of their incorrect information, my Amazon account got deactivated, which caused me serious loss. Their customer service is extremely disappointing. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and did not take responsibility for the problem they created. I trusted their claims, but they failed to deliver what they promised. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing anything from this company. Based on my experience, their service and reliability are not up to the mark.

Horrible customer service. I cancelled the order right away while the item had not even shipped yet, but they sent it anyway. Then they gave me a lot of problems trying to return it. I explained to them that I was recovering from surgery and could not go outside to send it back, yet they showed no understanding or flexibility. Truly horrible experience.

Why don’t you ship an order out until Monday when I placed an order on Friday at 10:38am? Why would my order just sit there over the entire weekend? I paid extra for the express delivery $20.98 for 1-3 days.

I have been using this company for less than a year and didn't have any problems until the last few orders. I had two cases of Jevity in past orders that were bad and they would not refund the full case even though only a bottle or two were used. They almost cheated me out of my full refund had I not caught it and had to contact them. The bottles are suppose to be good for 24 hrs and they were going bad around 7-10 hours. Not happy that my mother was not getting good nutrition. The products are good brands but seem to be sub-par quality. I received my recent order and several cases were leaking. Thank goodness I always have a quantity on hand should anything happen. After reading the reviews I see that I'm not the only person to have problems with this company and their customer service. Looks like I will have to find a new company.

I ordered 48 bottles (2 cases of 24 bottles) of Ensure Enlive Chocolate Shakes with high protein. They sent Pediasure Chocolate Shakes instead, which contains half the protein and calories, and costs less. Sloppy, incompetence at its finest! I will never order from Buymedical again!

I paid $121 for overnight delivery and did not get it. Their mistake was switching delivery times on the 2 orders I placed, and then their representative lied to me over and over and over again about it. And then no longer picked up the phone. Despicable.

3 days after delivery, I requested a replacement due to product being defective. They would not stand behind their product. Then asked they honor their 30 day satisfaction guarantee but they have refused.
