Hello Christine, We apologize you did not get our email. After looking into your concern we noticed that the order was flagged from our fraud department and needed a verification phone call. When we did not hear from you we cancelled the order. Our customer's protection and security are the utmost important to us. This is why we have these policies in place. Hello Rebecca, It is stated on our website that Standard Shipping could take anywhere between 4-10 business days. Since we ship packages with the USPS, we are at the mercy of their timeliness. Regarding the discount – there are currently no promotions or coupons for first-time orders. Our apologies. Thank you for your understanding! We hope you enjoy your product once you receive it.
