I never signed up for auto shipments, even though a substantial discount was offered for doing so. Larineco began auto-shipping at double the price. I sent many emails asking them not to ship any more, but those emails were never responded to. I believe this company is manipulative, dishonest and has zero customer care, or service. I would recommend reporting them to the better business bureau and the FBI, as I have done. Larineco is operating repeatedly in interstate wire fraud. Please report them for this. Allen Dionne

After ordering and cancelling subscription, i received another shipment. I contacted them and they sent a prepaid return shipment label which I used to return the package. I have been dealing with them for well over a month and always receive their standard message which uses "unusual volume" of workload. Well, yes, if you don't handle anyone else's issue any better than you have handled mine you're always going to an "unusual volume" of issues to deal with. I would advise to never deal with this company directly.

They totally scum you, you refuse to subscribe- so they just will gona do it anyway and change your credit card, all made to make you not find how to cancel order Just another scam , never have deal with them!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not fall for it! I purchased a few things on a sale to try it. The gum did no help and it just falls apart a few minuets in and gets stuck to all your teeth. They never shipped me one of my items and renewed a subscription I did not want for more gum I will not use for more than I paid the first time. The Cancellation process of a subscription is a nightmare. I wish I had my money back.

I wish I could give less than 1 star but this is minimum required rating to write a review. This purchase has been my worst nightmare!!! I don't even feel like using AI to write this comment as I don't to spend any more time or effort on them. They are not trustworthy. They charged me for my purchase and suddenly next month I got another delivery, so they signed me up for a subscription and charged again. Also their website doesn't let you cancel directly, I could not do it at all from my phone. I got success on my laptop. Also you cannot delete your card info from their system even after cancellation, so be very cautious. For the product, it is junk.

Horrible customer service. I've emailed them 5-7 times to try and cancel my subscription (that I didn't even know I signed up for) and they won't email be back or cancel my subscription. I just had a repeat order show up at my door and I was charged for it. They don't have a phone number listed so I can't call them and talk wtih a customer service rep. LarineCo, if you're reading this, please cancel my subscriptions, reufund my money for the last order and confirm with me.

This company is predatory in signing up for a subscription that is impossible to cancel. They claim that it is simple and that you can cancel anytime, however you need to really search to find any form of communication to reach out to them. I have requested to cancel my subscription 3 different times with follow ups and have not yet received a response. Do not buy from this company.

I think the companies intent is to trick people into multiple payments. In the very fine print they hid a renew subscription statement (possibly). Then make it impossible to end subscription. Very insidious. The product is junk!
