I placed an order with this company and never received the product; they also refuse to reimburse me for the money.

Terrible! Been waiting nearly 4 weeks for our order to arrive. I enquired 1.5weeks ago about where the order was and they said they couldn’t provide me with an exact delivery Date! No tracking number. NOTHING. I’ve feel so dupped. So scammed! And now I’ve been reading that their gum is misleading and fraudulent and does not actually provide any health benefits. So even if it does arrive it won’t work anyway. I’m so aangry. Please don’t be bothered with them!! If I could give no stars then I would have.

If I could leave a 0 I would ordered from them over 6 weeks ago i contacted them several times, they said my order was shipped every time, i contacted them again today and they told me it hadnt even been shipped because they RAN OUT OF STOCK they didn't even try and give any updates before I checked what a scam company how can you run a business taking people's money then lie about sending the product that you don't even have AVOID AT ALL COST you won't ever receive your order so many others have had this issue what a shame.

Doesn't work. Useless and they will charge you again without ever letting you fix your subscription.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible! What crooks! This was my 2nd time trying to complete my order. Each time almost $50 was added to my order and it was not a result of anything I did. There is no phone number to contact them, and the email just goes in a constant loop that gets your nowhere. If they're a legitimate company offering a quality product, they wouldn't make it impossible to communicate with them. I'm going to make this known on Facebook!!!

Ordered gum in November after seeing an ad on Instagram. I waited weeks and when it finally arrived, it looked like a few lumps of wax in the bottom of a box and completely dissolved in the mouth before any chewing. I wrote to customer service and they replied "we are currently going through research and development, as this is a recurring issue that a lot of customers are having with the product. If you would like, we can ship you a replacement in a month, when our new research and development process is finished and these issues are fixed with our gum." Every month there was a different excuse and last month they said they'd send more. My latest email following up bounced. 😔 SCAM

Company is a complete scam, avoid! Basically they will sign you up for monthly subscriptions without your awareness and then when you go to refund things you need to go through customer support as opposed to having a clean and easy way to do it on their website. Also when you want to cancel these subscriptions that they sign you up for you can't find anywhere to do it on the site either.

Waited over a month and I still do not have the order. Their website states "Fast US Shipping" It appears to have shipped from China and the last tracking information stopped over a week ago in Jamaica, NY I requested a refund because it has not arrived. They have refused. Only offered a 10% refund. Their customer service is the WORST!!! All I want is a refund for an order they seem to have lost. Their website states Tracked and Insured Shipping...but that must be more false advertising. Appears to be a Huge SCAM!!! 111
