The company model is to sell you incredibley expensive gum for about $45 whish is over $2 a piece of gum. You ca use the coupons or promo on their website but you cannot opt out from the subscription model. They will automatically enroll you into subscription. If you ask to cancel the subscription they just cancel your entire order and never ship anything. its a SCAM! Edit: Trustpilot reached out. I have provided my contact and order information as a customer.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I now have them blocked on my card. I tried to cancel multiple time, but they kept charging me. It’s now month 5 of trying to get this cancelled. What a scam

This product sucks I ordered this twice back when we’re having hitter weather this summer my delivery came and the gum was all stuck together and when I put it in my mouth is was mushy and breaking up into pieces as I chewed. I had ordered from Amazon previously and didn’t have this problem. So I wait September when the temperature are lower and tried again. And the same thing happened again I question if this company the real one or counterfeit mastic gum is supposed to be hard to chew not mushy. Mastic gum is supposed to be hard 🙄

Gum hard, stuck together, sour taste. All boxes delivered were the same. Zero response from customer service even with 4 email sent.

I got outrageous charges for ordering some of this gum they make canceling a nightmare if you can even get it canceled at all and you better forget about any returns because I have requested it and never once even got an email back and I'm talking about almost $500 my card was charged couple of times Plus when receiving the gum it arrived melted moldy and stuck in the box you couldn't even open it I had to tear it apart just to find the gum and one big clump of yuck I have pictures to prove it

Worst customer service ever. I love the product, but trying to cancel a subscription I never made isn’t even possible. All they said was “sorry for the frustration” and they still haven’t fixed it. I would have been a life long customer, but I cannot be with poor customer service

Made a one time purchase, wound up with a monthly subscription I didn't sign up for. Was charged immediately, no tracking or items after nearly a month. All responses from customer service are generic automated emails. Very hard to navigate to correct part of your account to cancel, and even then it's impossible to actually cancel. The website will crash before you confirm the cancelation every time. Best I've been able to do is "pause" the subscription I didn't agree to until the end of the year. Will be trying to have the bank reverse the charge on their end.

I canceled my subscription and received a confirmation email from the representative. To my surprise I was charged this month for the cancelled subscription and received four packs of gum I did not want. I reached out to the company and have yet to receive a response.
