One of the most appalling customer service experiences I have encountered. Please read this before trusting LarineCo with your money. Absolutely disgraceful customer service! I requested cancellation before my order shipped, yet LarineCo delayed responding, forced me through an international return, provided inconsistent instructions, and made me chase them for nearly a month. Despite submitting every shipping document and repeatedly following up, all I received were scripted apologies and empty assurances. I even explicitly warned them that their delays could exhaust the 30-day guarantee! Eventually, they confirmed my refund, only to REFUND AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ORDER! When I pointed out their incompetence, they had the audacity to tell me my original order was now outside the 30-day return window. THEIR DELAYS, THEIR MISTAKES, YET THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE PRICE! My shipping expenses remain unresolved. I've escalated this to Consumer Affairs Victoria. Beware of a company whose customer care disappears when accountability is required. Save your money, time and sanity. Avoid LarineCo!

This gum has basically no flavour to begin with, and even that disappears almost immediately. It has an awful, flimsy texture that makes it really unpleasant to chew. Shipping is dodgy, and they try to push you into a recurring subscription at every step. The ingredients do include dental grade ingredients, but they don't provide any percentages for them. I feel like I have been scammed. If they aren't going to produce a remineralising gum, they could at least make it enjoyable to chew.

My package was "attempted to be delivered" two days in a row. I have cameras outside my house and no one ever tried. I called and they said they would have it sent again the next day. When it was delivered, the package was cut open with 2 packs missing (again, I have cameras, no one touched it after delivery). I emailed them regarding the issue, waited 4 days with no response and emailed again. They emailed me and I didn't get back to it the same day and the next day I received an email that they were closing my case due to me not responding. Advertising what is in your package on the outside probably is not the best idea either... Poor customer service and for $84.00, 6 packs of gum was not worth it. I will NEVER recommend them or use them again and I will tell everyone I know about this as well. Terrible communication.

This product is a scam. It doesn’t work, and keeps your credit card with recurring charges month after month until you report it to the fraud department to cancel it.

OMFG Run don’t walk, I ordered this once, and they keep charging me almost 200$/month. I’ve emailed to stop this and nothing happened they just keep charging me almost 200$ a month, it’s gum not gold, it’s cheaper to go to the dentist then to get suckered into this scam. If you have a grand a year doing nothing then go ahead and order away. There is no way to stop the charges once you sign up

If I could give zero stars, I would. The product is sub-par at best, with flavor that doesn't last and gum that becomes hard quickly. On top of that, I tried to return a product in its original packaging, and had to pay out-of-pocket to do so. Then, the company never checked that it arrived and never provided a refund. Absolutely horrible customer service and a waste of money. Find someone with integrity to support.

“SLIMY TACTICS” Make sure to read the little GREY writing at the bottom of the purchasing page, the “TS AND CS”. Upon purchase you will be automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription i only found out from reading the reviews. Personally i would rather purchase a similar product from a more reputable business than these guys “DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS” If they have to resort to cheeky little tactics it gets you thinking. Where’s the care factor? Is what I’m purchasing going to help or is it just prolonging the inevitable. In 2 months i will write another review on the product. I haven’t revived it yet but if it works, I’ll take back “SOME” of what I’ve said.

Disgusting business practices. tried to cancel my order minutes after ordering. as i was unaware the product is a subscription. three emails and they say they can’t do any thing and they ship the product a day later. no refund given. very unhappy with this terrible company. hopfully my subscription has been canceled. as i will be seeking australian consumer rights legal advice. even after contacting again. nothing you can do eh? what a joke
