Great selection of clothes that you normally can't find anywhere else. The website and the check-out process were easy to navigate. I received the item in perfect condition. Customer service is #1.

The product is good, the materials are ok. The print is good quality. I wish the material was more breathable, since is a more summer-y piece, but it has a bit of a "thigh nylon" quality to it that seems durable but not great for warm days. The shipping, however, is very long time, it took about a month to arrive.

Thanks for your review Oscar! I tracked your order and see that you placed your order on July 5th, and it arrived on July 21st (2 weeks & 2 days) to Germany from Asia. We are always looking to improve, so we will take this feedback into consideration. We are a small family run business, so we do not have access to some of the larger shipping services. Thanks for your understanding. We appreciate your business!

I really love the cut of the shirt. the torso and shoulders fit great but the arms are tight. I would love the same shirt but with an extra inch or more to widen the arms.

I had originally received a pair of the navy blue harem pants and was unhappy with how they were compared to the picture, the quality of the pants were very good though. I tried emailing them about it but never received a response. A gentleman named Vince contacted me today and said they were going to take care of me and send out a new pair. Overall expedient service! Will defiantly be a return customer.

My shirt arrived quickly and looks just like the pictures. It's my new favorite thing to wear :) And I'm especially impressed by the speedy, free international shipping. Definitely recommend Kokoro as an accessible outlet for Asian-inspired fashion that might be hard to come by elsewhere!
