BuyhosehawkproReviews of buyhosehawkpro.com

Unit doesn't work as advertised, reached out to email address, no response, phone # 555-123-4567, just hangs up, this is a scam. I want a refund but can't reach anyone to help process it.

The problem is the product cannot be connected to the hose! It is very hard to communicate with the company. I now have five Hosehawks and cannot connect them to a hose. On the web sight it says it requires, "no special equipment, connects tp any standard garden hose." That is not true!!! Kathleen McIntosh

Its a joke the should be sued for false advertising

I bought the hosehawk pro. It came missing a piece, and it's a piece of plastic, which is not even worth five dollars. I can't get in touch with the company for a refund or the replacement piece. THIS IS A SCAM!!

The add is basically false. There is no gear reduction drive, no German engineering. My guess is, it is basically a garden hose nozzle with a Crome extension. Plus you need to buy an adapter to fit a normal garden hose. If I could give NO star at all or better yet negative stars I would do so. Now as far a a 90 Money Back Guarantee it might take 90 day to figure out how to do that.

This is a piece of junk that does not do anything you see on ty. I returned by Fedex requesting a refund and it was refused and sent back to me Don't deal with these people it is a scam

I purchased the hosehawkpro for $49.95 and was the website tried to sell me 10-12 other items that I did not want. When I checked out, they had added a warranty and another “surprise” item that I did not want and my card was charged $93! I immediately sent an email to their customer service asking that the unwanted items be removed and if they could not do that, I wanted my whole order cancelled! When the item arrived almost 2 weeks later, the nozzle was plastic and definitely NOT worth what I had paid for it! The “surprise” item was an RFID card to go in my wallet, again not worth the extra $30! The nozzle did spray a stream, but it was nothing like what was shown in the commercial. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I am of the opinion that everything from the false claims in the “Buyhosehawkpro” tv advertisements; showing the sprayer to wash military vehicles, clean brick, enough water pressure to cut tree limbs; the claims of a “German engineered water pressure turbine”located in the handle; “Order Now before the government modifies the sprayer for safety reasons”; to their 90 Day Money Back Guarantee, is a scam or hoax! I was conned into believing the advertisement and purchased 4 units (1 for each of my children’s families) within minutes of watching the ad. What was delivered was cheap injection molded plastic nozzles that can be attached to a regular garden hose. A total rip off. You can put your thumb over the end of the hose and generate more water pressure than what the Buyhosehawkpro can generate. I am ready to send the units back and ask for 100% of my money back. After 20 minutes waiting on the phone for a customer service representative to come on the line a recording requested I send them an email. I have a MS in engineering and my grandparents were German. I find it offensive that the reputations of hard-working German engineers are being used to sell such shawty merchandise.
